Where can I find the most recent event updates? 

Check out our Facebook page for the latest updates on invitation mailings, when the event is sold out, and if there is availability of after-event sale of houses, icing, candy, and aprons. 

When can I reserve a table? 

New in 2023! Registration will be online! Registration will open on 10/17/23 @ 10:00 AM and close on 11/17/23 @ 10:00 AM or when the event is sold out. The event sells out fast, so mark your calendar for October 17th @ 10:00 AM!!!

Can I be added to the invitation mailing list? 

Yes! Click here to sign up no later than 9/30/23 to receive the 2023 invitation. No invitation is required to register. 

Can I register without an invitation?

Yes! All are welcome to purchase a table or seat!

Can I register for both the Ladies Luncheon and Family Afternoon events?

Yes! To attend both events, you will need to complete separate registration forms online. 

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

No, Tickets are not sold at the door. The cutoff date to purchase a table or seat(s) is 11/17/23 @ 10:00 AM or until events are sold out. The event sells out quickly!

How many seats are at each table? 

Each table seats eight guests. 

Does every attendee have to have a seat at the table? 

Ladies Luncheon Event - Yes. Each seat has its own house and supplies. 

Family Afternoon Event - No. Children may be seated on adult laps or adults may choose to stand to assist children. Each seat has one house and supplies. 

When is the last day to purchase a table? 

November 17, 2023 is the last day to purchase a table OR when the event sells out. Event sell-outs are posted to our Facebook page.

Are tickets for individual table seats available for purchase? 

Yes. Only a limited number of individual seats are available and seating next to friends is not guaranteed; however, tickets purchased together will be seated together.

Is my purchase tax deductible?

Yes, you will receive a tax-deductible receipt for the donation portion of your table/ticket purchase. The receipt will be emailed to you shortly after your online registration has been confirmed. 

Are houses and candy available for purchase outside of the event? 

Houses, icing, candy, and aprons are generally available at the office a couple of days after the event closes. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be houses or candy left over. Watch for posts on Facebook for more information after the event.
